The fish fillet machine mainly uses two conveyor belts to feed the fish body which has gone to the head into the machine. When passing through the high-speed rotating circular cutting knife, the fish can be cut into two or three pieces by pre-setting. It can also open the fish belly only without separating the fish. Open three pieces, right and left two pieces are fish, the middle one is fish bone, to achieve the separation of bone and meat.
