How to prolong the service life of double-end vegetable cutter

Double-end vegetable cutter adopts half-month knife head and half-month adjusting disc structure. It does not need to change blades. It only needs to use different hoppers and plate reversing switch to cut silk or slice. The operation is very convenient and simple. However, for the machine, if it can not achieve reasonable maintenance, then the service life will naturally not be longer. How about the service life of the double-end vegetable cutter? The following explanations are given:

1. Place the cutting machine on the horizontal ground before operation to ensure that the cutting machine is stable and reliable. Make sure that the plug of the cutting machine has good contact, no loosening and no water mark.

2. Check whether there are foreign bodies in the rotating barrel or conveyor belt. If there are foreign bodies, clean them up as soon as possible, so as not to cause tool damage.

3. Operate and adjust the cutting mode according to the processed vegetables. The centrifugal slicer is used to slice the hard vegetable of melon and potato. The vertical knife part can process the soft vegetable of leaf or the sliced vegetable into various shapes such as blocks, dices and diamonds of different specifications.

4. Install the vertical knife, first rotate the adjustable eccentric wheel, make the tool holder move to the bottom dead point, then raise the tool holder up 1 to 2 mm, make the vertical knife contact with the conveyor belt, fasten the vertical knife on the tool holder with the fastening nut. If the lifting height of the tool holder is small, vegetables may be knifed together. If the lifting height of the tool holder is too high, it may cut the conveyor belt.

5. When the machine is finished, it needs to be cleaned in time and dried in a ventilated place to coat the cutter with vegetable oil.

 

As long as it can be used reasonably, the life of the double-ended vegetable cutter can be prolonged.
