2. Pulping: Meat filling mixed with a small amount of water (the lower the water temperature, the better) into the pulper, usually 2-3 times, the finer the better;

 

3. Homogenization: pour the pulp into the mixer, and add the corresponding seasoning for full mixing;

 

4. Steaming: Generally, the water in the pulp homogeneous steaming pot should be boiled to avoid the slurry precipitation due to the long pulp standstill time, which will affect the product effect. The heating time depends on the size of the slurry. Temperature should be moderate, otherwise the meat balls will expand too large, affecting product quality?
