Material enters the flume and is fully dispersed and rolled under the action of strong water flow and bubbles. The sediment eluted from the material surface will sink into the bottom isolation bin more quickly. The impurities floating in the water are collected through mesh holes, and the filaments, hair, etc. are cleaned up by hair rollers. After the washed material is discharged, it is sprayed and cleaned and sent to the next air-drying process.

Turn-over air dryer uses the action of strong air at room temperature to remove the moisture on the surface of vegetable after cleaning. The machine adopts continuous and intermittent material conveying system to make the material run smoothly forward. In the process of material conveying, it realizes the average distribution of material, and achieves the uniform wind on each surface of the material.

Because the product is dried by strong air at room temperature, the incompleteness and secondary pollution of manual water removal are avoided, and the shortcoming of heating the product produced by high temperature drying process is avoided.

The automatic drying function of the product reduces the staffing arrangement of the processing plant, saves labor force, and can be freely connected with other equipment to form a flow-line operation, so as to design a more complete set of production equipment.
