1. Before the machine starts, put potatoes from the cover. How many kilograms of material are put into the peeler at a time depends on the machine's ease.

2. Open the water intake switch, flush water into the feeding barrel, adjust the water intake properly, press the barrel cover tightly, and start the switch.

3. The machine works for about 2 minutes. Turn off the power switch and the water inlet switch. If the skin of potatoes has been peeled off, place the container for potatoes under the dustpan, open the discharging door and start the power switch. The potatoes are automatically removed from the door of the container under the rotating action of the disc.

4. After washing potatoes five times or so or each time they are used up, a part of potato skin and soil will be accumulated at the bottom of the rotary drum. At this time, the cover of the drum will be removed, and a dial is put forward, washed with water, and then installed at one time. When taking out the cylinder cover, it is more labor-saving to lift one side of the clamp spring first; when installing, the cover is tilted into one side of the clamp spring first, and then pressed into the other side of the clamp spring with a little force, so that the cylinder cover is not easy to lift up when working.
