The usage of the meatball machine is as follows:

1. Place it in a balanced place, connect the power supply and ground wire to ensure safety.

2. The machine should be cleaned before use. This machine is a kind of supporting machinery. First, meat beater (or chopper) should be stirred into meat paste, and then put into the molding machine for processing.

3. There is a meat volume adjusting switch on the right side of the barrel, which can be used to adjust the roundness of meatballs (when the amount of meat is too much, the meatballs become longer, the amount of meat is too small, the meatballs become flat, when the amount of meat paste in the barrel is too small, the machine can not work properly).

4. Place a large basin under the pellet meat, then fill it with warm water or use the heating forming trough directly.

5. The machine is equipped with three sets of large and small die heads, which can be exchanged. The method is to remove and replace the die head and the sliding plate on the bottom plate at the same time.

6. Put the stirred meat sauce into the barrel, and then the machine can be started. After the machine is started, the processed meatballs should be put into the barrel (unshaped meatballs).

7. After the meatballs are processed, the pusher rod, the barrel, the bottom plate and the copper plate should be removed, cleaned and dried.

8. After using for a period of time, check whether the inner spring of the machine is available or not. If there is no elasticity, replace the new spring.

Meatballs machine should be cleaned immediately after use, so as not to rot and deteriorate the remaining materials, affecting the next processing!
