Working principle: manually remove the fish head and remove the internal organs from the fish belly; for large fish, divide the fish into two halves and rinse it clean (to avoid the fish paste being contaminated by internal organs and fish blood). Then the fish fillet is put into the hopper (the split surface of the fish is oriented toward the take-up cylinder, the back is close to the rubber belt), and the fish is driven by the rubber belt into the pressing zone where the cylinder and the rubber belt are taken, between the rubber belt and the take-up cylinder. Under the action of the squeezing force, the fish meat is squeezed through the small hole in the cylinder to enter the take-up cylinder, and the fish granules in the cylinder are automatically sent out with the rotation. The fish skin and the fishbone are scraped off the take-up of the barrel by the scraper attached to the machine in the collecting tank. The entire meat separation process does not require manual operation, which is convenient for health. The amount of pressure between the rubber band and the take-up can is adjusted by a rubber band tensioning device located at the head of the machine. The amount of adjustment can be flexibly adjusted according to the size of the species. The extracted fish can be used as food materials such as fish balls, fish paste, fish sauce, fish cakes, fish dumplings, etc., which greatly improves the economic value of fish.
